New Member Permissions - Camping-Touring

to try and combat the spam from the forums we have introduced permissions for certain activities which are

-viewing attachments,
-Viewing/Posting links,
-sending private messages,
-sending e-mails.
-viewing member list
-using Classifieds
-viewing/using members map

to do any of the above a member must have a post count of 5 posts
we hope you understand the need for these measures as we dont need porn or viagra adverts on our message boards we have enough crazy posts as it is from madgaz

IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT US AND YOUR POST COUNT IS LESS THAN 5 THEN PLEASE USE THE CONTACT US BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INDEX PAGE

I note that as a new member, although I have made more than 5 posts, I can't post a new thread, how many posts do I have to make before I can do so.

You should be able to start a new thread David, I have just tested it using my hubby's membership and he has less posts than you, have another try in the test forum.

I must be thick, but how do I add my location to the member's map please? It says I don't have permission to access that area.
